The Hanging Basket Specialist provides commercial hanging basket installation and maintenance for pubs, hotels, businesses and town councils across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. When you use our enquiry or quote forms, we collect the details you choose to give us so we can respond to your request. This typically includes:

• Your name and the name of your organisation or business

• Details about your site — location, number of baskets, and what you’d like to achieve

We use your details to understand what you need, reply to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit if you’d like one, and prepare a quote. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your request and running our business — we don’t rely on consent, so you don’t have to agree to anything to get in touch. We never use your details for advertising or sell them to anyone.

Your details are seen by us — the people who run The Hanging Basket Specialist — so we can respond to your enquiry. They’re also handled by the email provider that delivers your message to our inbox and sends your automatic confirmation and reply emails. We don’t share your details with any other third parties, and there are no advertising or analytics companies involved.

Your enquiry is stored securely in our admin system and in our email inbox, both of which are protected by sign-in and only accessible to us. Your details are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection when you submit a form.

We keep your enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and complete any work you book with us, and then for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months) in case you have a follow-up question. If you ask us to delete your details earlier, we’ll do so as soon as we reasonably can.

This website does not use cookies or any tracking technology for visitors. We don’t run analytics, advertising tags, or remarketing pixels, and there is nothing stored in your browser when you visit or submit a form. Because of that, you won’t see a cookie banner and there’s nothing to accept or reject.
